Business Acceleration Programme
The six finalists from the SPREAD2INNO Innovation Academies were invited to take part in a 7-day intensive training programme. During this training week, participants had the opportunity to meet experts from the partners’ networks and get insights to help them improve their business and market scalability. The selected start-ups and SMEs were able to receive a tailor-made business and coaching plan provided by the SPREAD2INNO partners, in order to enhance their competences in the market as well as their investors attractiveness. On this occasion, experts from both less intensive and more intensive regions delivered trainings and seminars, thus ensuring knowledge sharing of the best practices learnt during the project. Matchmaking sessions allowed start-ups, innovators and SMEs to take their projects forward.
Agenda
The training programme started with an online kick-off, marking the beginning of Phase 3. This introduction provided a detailed overview of the program’s structure, objectives, and the schedule for the upcoming sessions.
The focus of this session was on providing comprehensive guidance to the participating startups to facilitate the completion of personalised coaching plans. This helped the teams refine and finalise their strategies for overcoming challenges and achieving their goals.
This part of the training programme focused on enhancing the startups’ appeal to investors, refining their market positioning, and validating their business models. Startups gained a solid foundation in key areas critical to their growth and success.
This session was dedicated to exploring various funding opportunities available to startups. With this workshop, startups gained a robust understanding of the funding landscape and a clear plan for securing the necessary financial resources to support their growth.
The last workshop session of the training programme focused on developing effective marketing strategies, tailored to the unique needs of each startup. The session equipped startups with the tools and strategies needed to execute effective marketing campaigns, measure their impact, and continuously optimize their approaches based on data-driven insights.
