It helps to solve one of the key infrastructure problems in modern energy, which is long-term energy storage. The company has gone through a number of funding rounds since being founded, with a total of six investors supporting the business in its mission to change the energy market. The total funding raised from the investors is approx. $22 Million and was supported by 360 Capital one of Italy's main Start-up investors. They employ around 31 people.

Satispay is a smart payment platform that enables individuals to pay in affiliated stores (online and offline), exchange money with friends and set aside small amounts of money. Businesses can accept payment from customers by integrating their in-store payment application to their smartphone, tablet, and PC systems. The company also offers e-commerce plugins and customized links for online stores to receive payments. Satispay has also integrated with PagoPA for the payment of fines, taxes, stamps and health tickets, which can be made directly from the Services section within the app, where it is also already possible to top-up phone credit with Italy’s main operators. They have raised approx. $471 Million in founding are considered a unicorn and employ aroun 428 people.
Scalapay
Scalapay is an innovative payment method which allows a customer to defer a payment through three interest-free instalments. The buy now pay later service is available in over 7.000 physical stores and in the e-stores of more than 5.000 brands. The cost of the service is totally free for the customer and is financed by a commission applied to retailers who are immediately paid for their product. They have raised approx. $727 Million in founding are considered a unicorn and employ aroun 225 people.

Its end-to-end platform uses cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence technology to simplify every stage of the creator marketing process. Founded in 2013 the company has a growing presence in a number of locations globally, including Italy, the U.S. and UK. They have raised approx. $15.5 Million in founding and employ around 66 people.

ProntoPro.it is Italy's largest local service marketplace, expanding internationally. We help millions of customers to find a local service professional: they cover 600+ services, ranging from wedding photographers to plumbers to guitar teachers. They are the market leader in Italy, Turkey as well as Romania and Egypt. They have raised approx. $30.4 Million in founding and employ around 230 people.
EnduroSat
EnduroSat is a Bulgarian deep tech startup that engineers, builds, and operates nanosatellites, and is one of the fastest-growing space companies in Europe. The company’s offerings enable commercial and research customers to launch their Earth-observation payloads into space at the shortest-ever lead time of six months – a 10- fold reduction – and share the data they generate in a common cloud. This will enable costs to be reduced by 15 times, with practically no risk in space operations for the customer, which in its turn contributes to the commercialization of space. Over the summer of 2020, in-space transportation provider Momentus announced agreements with EnduroSat to provide transportation for two CubeSats scheduled to launch soon on a SpaceX Falcon 9 rideshare. More recently, following the successful collaboration on Kuwait’s first CubeSat mission, Orbital Space signed a new partnership with EnduroSat, with the goal to introduce more space services in the Middle East.
