SIIT ScpA was established in 2005 with the aim of creating an integrated system between large industry, small and medium enterprises, the University of Genoa, public, research, and financial institutions, with a focus on the development of industrial research and technology transfer activities. With this in mind, Regione Liguria, the Ministry of Economy and the Ministry of University and Scientific Research entered into an agreement in which the six lines of implementation of the District's operations were identified.

GATE 4.0 is Tuscany's regional "Advanced manufacturing 4.0" district. They are in the business of connecting companies, research centres and financial operators to stimulate the adoption of new technologies by Tuscan manufacturing companies and foster the growth of people and companies.

The Umbria Aerospace Cluster promotes internationalization, training, innovation and development processes among our companies, while encouraging collaboration between members. It facilitates growth and collaboration processes for member companies, in an organic and coherent vision for representing the Umbrian excellences in the aeronautics, space and defence sector.

DTA fosters the meeting and collaboration in the aerospace sector, promoting and implementing research and development, training and technological innovation transfer projects.

The Aerospace Technological District of Campania - DAC S.c.a.r.l. was established on May 30, 2012 with the specific goal of stimulating collaboration among Research Centres, Universities and Companies in Campania to create concrete business opportunities and continuous opportunities for growth and innovation.Currently, considering also the companies that join member consortia, 195 entities participate, including 26 Large Companies, 19 Research Centres and Universities (including CIRA, CNR, ENEA, FORMIT Foundation and the 5 Campania Universities with engineering courses) and 150 SMEs and other entities.

CLAS is the unique interlocutor in the aerospace sector in Basilicata and the catalyst of resources and link between the worlds of industry and research. It aims for the transfer and use of knowledge and experience between researchers and entrepreneurs from Basilicata, nationally and internationally.

The overall objective of the District is to promote the development and integration of various Earth observation technologies aimed at the prevention and mitigation of natural hazards, with special emphasis on climate, hydrogeological and seismic hazards.

This project was created to give space and visibility to excellence in the Marche region that looks at the aeronautics and space sector, through the creation of a network of companies that differ in size and scope of activity, but all with a high propensity for Hi-Tech, innovation and product quality.

5G Technologies Support Programes (Bologna, Napoli, Taranto, Genova, Pesaro, Cagliari, Campobasso, Torino, Roma, Matera, Bari, Prato, L’Aquila)

A network between University of Patras, University of Peloponnese, Hellenic Open University, Computer Technology Institute & Press - DIOPHANTUS, Industrial Systems Institute, Patras Science Park, and Institute for Chemical Engineering Research, aiming at support of academic excellence, enhancement of research, IPR protection, networking with the private sector, attraction of investments, development of strong links with industry and innovative entrepreneurship.

The EIC Accelerator is a funding programme under Horizon Europe that offers support to start-ups and SMEs that: have a innovative, game changing product, service or business model that could create new markets or disrupt existing ones in Europe and even worldwide, have the ambition and commitment to scale up, are looking for substantial funding, but the risks involved are too high for private investors alone to invest.

The EIC Pathfinder is a funding programme under Horizon Europe that offers support to research teams by: funding research to develop the scientific basis to underpin breakthrough technologies, supporting the earliest stages of scientific, technological or deep-tech R&D, aiming to build on new, cutting-edge directions in science and technology to disrupt a field and a market or create new opportunities, realising innovative technological solutions to identify, develop and scale up breakthrough technologies and disruptive innovations in Europe.

The EIC Transition is a funding programme under Horizon Europe targeting innovation activities that goes beyond the experimental proof of principle in laboratory. It supports both the maturation and validation of novel technologies from the lab to the relevant application environments.

The EIC STEP Scale Up scheme is part of the Strategic Technologies for Europe Platform (STEP), offering financial support in the form of investments to startups, SMEs, and small mid-caps, between EUR 10 to 30 million.

The €4.2 billion Single Market Programme will strengthen the governance of the EU single market.

The Cohesion Fund provides support to Member States with a gross national income (GNI) per capita below 90% EU-27 average to strengthen the economic, social and territorial cohesion of the EU.
