This module will be taught by European project managers. It will focus on EU funding programmes providing innovative companies with several opportunities for developing their businesses. Specific emphasis will be put on using space technologies in non-space environments for a better flow of information, good practices, expertise, and contacts among European innovators.
Here, startups will be educated on, and qualified for the management and innovation of business models. The module will start with the theoretical foundations of business model development, and further take a deep dive into more practical content such as the application of different methodologies and tools for planning, implementation and monitoring of business models using case studies and best practices.
The objective of this module is to provide startups with a comprehensive overview of the main stakeholders playing a role in the European innovation framework. Different ecosystems’ dynamics and opportunities will be explored and the roles of various stakeholders as well as connections will be looked at.
Day 2
The second day will take the form of a small congress with panels, keynotes, and pitching sessions from selected startups. The panels and keynotes will provide the participants with the opportunity to learn more about the latest trends. Also, all participating startups will have the chance to pitch in front of the audience and investors, maximizing their chance to receive equity share offers and to raise awareness of their business.
